Dr. Rajpal’s mission is to deliver evidence-based interventions, to individuals experiencing emotional distress. He firmly believes that such distress often reflects deeper inner turmoil, and with the right support, individuals can find relief from theiIn his extensive experience, Dr. Rajpal has observed that medication are often seen as the sole solutions for mental health issues. However, he emphasises the need for a more nuanced approach—one where individuals are not only heard and understood but are also offered tailored help that truly meets their needs, rather than being constrained by what might be readily available.
Dr. Rajpal brings over 20 years of extensive experience in mental health care. His background includes a significant tenure as a Consultant Psychiatrist for the NHS, notably within The Complex Health Needs Service in Bath, where he collaborated with a highly skilled team to manage dual diagnoses and complex patient cases. He currently applies his expertise on Harley Street in London.
His training in the prestigious Guy’s and St Thomas Psychiatry rotation in London, coupled with his specialisation during the Bristol rotation, has equipped him with a diverse range of skills. Additionally, he has served as an Honorary Lecturer in the Department of Ethics at the University of Bristol and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Law.
Dr. Rajpal’s clinical practice spans a variety of mental health issues, including Depression, Anxiety, Addiction Problems, and the aftermath of Psychological Trauma. He is trained in EMDR therapy, a valuable approach that aids individuals in coping with these challenges.
Furthermore, he is a specialist in diagnosing and managing ADHD and Asperger’s/Autism in adults. Dr. Rajpal offers actionable insights and training in executive function skills, that can lead to meaningful improvements in the lives of those he supports.
His previous role as an NHS Consultant Psychiatrist at the Complex Health Needs Service at St Martin’s Hospital in Bath has further honed his abilities.
In addition to in-person consultations at 10 Harley Street, London, he has been providing Video Clinics for nearly a decade, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their own homes.
